At the end of the 2023 season, all regular season teams disband and All-Star teams may form to represent Corvallis Little League in post-season tournaments. Eligibility for all-star teams is determined by age, and teams play against teams from other leagues in the district and state. CLL is eligible to field teams for the following tournaments:

Baseball: 
8-10 years old All-Star Team
9-11 years old All-Star Team
10-12 years old All-Star Team (Majors)
11-13 years old All-Star Team (50/70)

NOTE: These are teams CLL is eligible to field, but whether a team forms will depend on the interest and availability of families (at least 12 players) and coach candidates.

Players are selected to the teams by the managers of the appropriate league-age level. A player is eligible for selection if they have participated in at least 8 of their team's regular season games and have turned in a player application by May 25. An all-star selection signifies that the player is recognized by managers, coaches, and peers as having the skills and character to represent our league in district and state tournaments.

The degree of commitment, skill, and behavior expectations of all-star players and their families is significantly higher than in the regular season. Practices can begin immediately after a team forms, and it is not uncommon for all-star teams to have nearly daily practices in June and July. This year’s district tournaments are scheduled for June 19-30 and will be hosted by Cascade Little League in Turner, OR. State tournament dates and location vary by age, but any teams to qualify would complete by July 28.

Interested? We will have an all-star table set up near the entrance to Crystal Lake Monday-Thursday this week (5/22-5/25). Please stop by to ask questions, express interest, and complete an all-star player application. Coaches will then form post-season teams based on player interest, family availability, and age/skill levels.
