The Little League postseason (aka "All Stars") is a completely separate season from the regular season. It is an opportunity for a significantly higher level of play within the Little League system. in both our region and state. Players should expect to receive a higher level challenge and instruction as they will compete against other All-Star teams in the state. This will require a higher level of commitment than the regular season, with multiple practices a week after the regular season leading up to district, state, and possibly out-of-state tournaments beginning in mid-June.

When it comes to postseason rosters, it is the intent of the Corvallis Little League Board to field baseball teams that will best represent our league in competition and character. Several factors influence roster formation for postseason teams. These include: Skill-level and ability to compete, attitude, hustle, team spirit, team leadership, and overall character, integrity, and sportsmanship. Winning is fun, but it is very important that we remember that at its core Corvallis Little League is a community organization and we are about teaching life lessons, building and demonstrating positive ideals, and fostering character through competitive baseball. We strive for a transparent and inclusive approach to building postseason rosters, and all players should expect to have an equal opportunity to make the team regardless of popularity, school affiliation, parental influence, or manager prejudice.
